NKC and Ministry of Culture consultation to discuss NKC Recommendations on Libraries
A consultation was held with representatives of State Governments and NGOs to discuss NKC Recommendations on Libraries. This event was held in partnership with the Ministry of Culture. The purpose was to build consensus and seek feedback from the States regarding barriers to implementation of the Recommendations.
