ସ୍କିଲ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଷୟରେ ଏନ୍.କେ.ସି (NKC)ର ପରାମର୍ଶ ସମୂହ
ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୯, ୨୦୦୬ ସାଲରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଉପରେ ଏକ ପରାମର୍ଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶାଳା ଆୟୋଜିତ କରା ହୋଇଥିଲା। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଶାଳାର ପ୍ରଥମାର୍ଦ୍ଦେ ବିଶେଷ ଭାବରେ ଆଲୋଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଶିକ୍ଷାଧିକାରର ବିଲ୍ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ କି ପ୍ରକାର ମଡେଲ୍ ବିଲ୍ ପଠା ହେବ, ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟାର୍ଦ୍ଦର ବିଷୟ ଥିଲା ଏହି କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ସେ ସବୁ ଦିଗଗୁଡ଼ିଙ୍କୁ ଚିହ୍ନିତ କରିବା ଯେଉଁଠି ଏନ୍.କେ.ସି.(NKC) ପାଇଁ କିଛି କରିବା ସମ୍ଭବ।
