ಎನ್.ಕೆ.ಸಿ. ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆಯ ಅವಲೋಕನ
"ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ: ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತದನಂತರದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳು" ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ಅವಲೋಕನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರ 30 ಜುಲೈ 2006ರಂದು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಕಾರ್ಯೋದ್ಯುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನೈಪುಣ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಾ ತದನಂತರದ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ತನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಹರಿಸಿತ್ತು..
