ಎನ್.ಕೆ.ಸಿ. ಪರ್ಯಾಲೋಚನೆ -ಭೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿಯ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು
ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಐಪಿಆರ್ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣವನ್ನು ಎನ್ಕೆಸಿ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 10, 2006ರಂದು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಭಾಗಿಗಳು, ಜಾಗತೀಕರಣದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಹಲವಾರು ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಐಪಿಆರ್ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
