- Identify constraints, problems and challenges relating to curriculum, teaching, infrastructure, administration, and access.
- Recommend changes and reforms to address the problems and challenges relating to curriculum, teaching, infrastructure, administration, and access.
- Explore possibilities for innovation in teaching methods, curriculum development and research opportunities.
- Suggest means of raising standards and promoting excellence in undergraduate education.
- Examine any other issues that may be relevant in this context.
